A tiny bit of background: I had a high-fly career from the beginning. When I was 21. Became a business unit manager providing jobs for 100 men. Burned out many times because of overthinking. Never looked in the mirror. Still saw that child with bad acne. I hated my image. Lived from the inside out. But I was successful in work and life anyway. Never believing in my own success.

Depression kicked in often. My mask became thicker and thicker.
