Reconnect to Nature - Germany, Cologne

Our events are immersive. We reconnect you to the nature outside yourself (sea, soil, plants, breath) and your own nature inside. We will do that by exploration. Our afternoon starts with some connecting to each other and a cup of coffee or tea.

We use the village and mediterranean sea as our drawing board. We do a few breathing rhythm exercises on the beach. We teach you how to train your senses. Eyesight. Hearing. Tasting. Differences. Our mind is wired for differences.

We take blocknote and pen and we write a few sentences of observations. Internal. External.

We end the day at the amphitheater in the village and express ourselves.

Immersive learning is low-threshold learning. 

Nothing is wrong. Everything is right. You will break your own boundaries. That's all.
